Can I color or dye the hair extension?
As they are 100% Remy Hair, they can be colored but we suggest doing so before they are applied. And never lighten the hair extensions.
Every hair extension is different from each other in the process of application, but they are totally the same in quality as they are made of natural human hair. If you are a beginner you can take suggestions from the professionals or begin with the clip on extensions.
You can wash them as you would your own, using a shampoo and conditioner suitable for coloured hair. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp , it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will help keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer! You will find that you don't need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dried, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.
There are three types hair:
Virgin Hair: Sourced from one donor and unprocessed, which left their hair cuticles intact. And their use time is 1-2 years.
Remy Hair: Sourced from multiple donors, slightly processed, Cuticles are 90% intact, use time is 6 months to 1 year. Non-Remy Hair: Sourced from many donors, dyed, curled, acid bath. Cuticles are damaged, use time 0-6 months.
